Terms & Conditions
1. Services
We will provide consulting services as described in our proposal, agreement, or invoice.
2. Payment
All fees are due as stated within your invoicing. Late payments may be charged a fee per month. Services may be paused for nonpayment.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information private unless required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
Materials we create for you become yours after full payment. Our pre-existing tools and methods remain ours.
5. Liability
We provide services in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services.
6. Termination
Either party may end this agreement with 14 day notice. You are responsible for payment of all completed work up to that point.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ohio.
